About the Author

Dr. Laurent Daloz became a mentor to adult students for many years, while he served on the faculty at Norwich University. He received his Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Harvard University. He is the author of a variety of peer reviewed articles, reports, and books. He shows a strong passion for the mentoring process, while showing a greater deal of passion for his students.
